Honors Member-Exceptional Stay — Hilton Service Like Back in the Day My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lafayette, Indiana was truly exceptional. This is honestly one of the best Hiltons I’ve stayed in in a very long time. From the moment I arrived, I felt that classic Hilton hospitality — the kind of warm, attentive service you used to get “back in the day.” The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and extremely comfortable, with a level of quality that made it easy to relax and unwind. The service throughout the hotel was top‑tier, and the bartender was amazing, bringing great energy and genuine hospitality. I also had awesome service at the restaurant — friendly, efficient, and the kind of care that makes you feel like a valued guest, not just another traveler passing through. This hotel is truly exemplary, and I don’t know if the elevated quality has anything to do with its proximity to Purdue University, but whatever the reason, they are doing everything right. I would highly and wholeheartedly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn to anyone visiting the area.

Super convenient location, both because you can walk to Purdue and because there's lots to eat in easy walking distance. Quiet location with the Wabash River in view. Everything is new and both looks and smells like new! Comfy beds, nice room layout. Especially liked the drawers and mirror in the closet area! Very friendly and accommodating staff. You have to pay for breakfast, but they do have a good selection and reasonable prices. Parking is free when they validate your parking ticket for the adjacent parking garage.

This hotel is conveniently located for visits to Purdue University. We stayed here for an admissions event at the university and for us, it was only about a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel itself is lovely; the staff who checked us in were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and appeared like it had been updated in the past few years. We were also able to have our bags held at the hotel, which was an extremely helpful amenity for our needs. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic option for a visit to the West Lafayette area!
